Arc System Works 于10月23日「GGST SHOWCASE」直播节目中宣布，2D 对战格斗游戏《罪恶装备:斗争》慈爱女王「Queen Dizzy」登场》(ギルティギア ストライヴ/GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-)第四季季票第一位 DLC 角色「Queen Dizzy」(クイーン・ディズィー)将于 10 月 31 日参战，同步公开角色介绍影片让玩家欣赏。

Queen Dizzy(CV：藤田佳寿惠)首次于《Guilty Gear X》作为故事最终 BOSS 登场，是 GEAR 与人类的混血儿，出生后急速成长为 20 岁少女的形态，身后背负着天使和恶魔的双翼，因为被排斥而对人类抱持不信任感，但拥有一颗纯洁的心，以爱对待自然和人类，极度厌恶纷争，之后与凯伊成婚生下儿子辛。 在本作的剧情中成为新国家的统治者，尽管对陌生的公务感到困惑，还是充实的度过每一天。
