This is one of those well versed traditional Mancala games (Board Game). This game is called as Vamana Guntalu in Telugu, Pallankuli/Pallankuzhi in Tamil which has many different names and played across the world.This game is played by 2 players with a board(wooden) having 14 pits. The layout contains 7 pits with 7 counters(seeds) in each on either side of the board. This game is played using pebbles, seeds or cowry shells.A Player is said to be winner who has more number of counters adding the seeds won and the seeds remaining in the pits(stores).
