Tic-Tac-Tornadoes

This application plays the game Tic-Tac-Tornadoes. It is not widely known. The rules appear when a game begins or when a player presses the "Rules" button. As well as allowing a person to play, there are 3 AIs, very easy, easy, and hard. The user can select player or a type of AI for x and o individually.
