Where most tennis scoring apps record just the outcome of the point, Tennis Toolkit tracks the type of shot that was hit, the placement on the court and the outcome of the rally. Tennis Toolkit provides announcements, haptic feedback (vibration) and a tonal map so the user can quickly learn to track a match without looking down at the screen during a rally. Supports user synonyms.Input GuidanceIn 1 touch mode the goal is to watch the match, not the screen. Quickly train yourself to become confident entering shots without looking at the screen. To make it easy there are three feedback methods.1) Announcements - Shot selection, Shot (on release), Zone (on release), In\Out (on release)2) Haptic feedback - A device that support vibration will provide a single buzz when crossing from Out to In and a double buzz when crossing from In to Out.3) Tonal Map - A tone is generated based on the distance from the center of the court. An 'Out' tone is consistently low. An 'In' tone is higher and increases in pitch as you get closer to the center of the court.All of these options are configurable in settings and you can turn them off as you get more comfortable.Custom ShotsSupports 2 user defined shots in addition to the 8 built-in shots. These can be named to represent the type of shot such as "Slice Backhand" or "Swing Volley".ScoreboardScoreboard allows you to change the match score so you can join a match in the middle, or take a break and resume in a later set.ModesSupports two different modes.1) Game Mode - all tennis rules, scoring, serving, tie-breaks, rallies, outcomes etc are enforced.2) Shot Mode - freeform entry of shots without rules.
