Kirby is five- time United States National Aerobatic Champion, two-time Red Bull Air Race World Champion and has accumulated 13 medals in World Competition. This aerobatic master continues to be at the forefront of his sport, with exciting, innovative endeavors! Kirby is passionate and dedicated to his love of aviation!The former Red Bull Air Race World Champion was raised racing motocross, but always knew he'd be a pilot! Starting out by fueling airplanes, working his way up to a corporate job and eventually being hired by Southwest Airlines at 24. Kirby became interested in aerobatics at his corporate job when his boss suggested that the pilots take an aerobatic flight for safety reasons. Kirby says, "When we turned the airplane upside down, it changed my life!" Now Kirby can be found traveling the world performing exhibitions, air shows, racing and speaking. Kirby has amassed more than 28,000 hours of flight time! That would equal almost three YEARS spent in an airplane! Wow!
