Santas new Transport Over Yuletide Space (T.O.Y.S) device is broken, confused by new ultra bright street lights. This means some of the presents haven't been delivered, and Santa will have to dust off his old Sleigh and deliver them the old fashioned way. There isn't much time left, so he is going to have to throw the presents from the sleigh and try and aim them into the chimneys in time to save Christmas.
