Roams is a location-based settlement building game. Your GPS location affects gameplay. As you move through the real world, your location in the game world also changes. This is a simple form of augmented reality. You play in an imaginary world on top of the real world. This is a world of nomads and settlers. You build villages in different locations. These villages attract new settlers based on the happiness of your villagers. To increase happiness you produce goods based on randomly generated resources found in each village. You develop villages to make production more effective. Your villages trade with each other and with those of other players for mutual gain... or you manifest your strength by attacking other player's villages to receive tribute.
