Para comprar una calle debes ir hasta ella y pulsar el botón comprar, si la calle pertenece a otro usuario puedes pulsar el botón negociar (En la esquina inferior derecha) y hacer una oferta de compra, cuando el propietario decida que hacer recibirás una alerta dentro de la App que confirmará o no la adquisición. Si por ejemplo el propietario acepta la propuesta y en ese momento el comprador no tiene la cantidad de Polycoins establecida el comprador recibirá igualmente esa cantidad y perderá la propiedad pero la propiedad no será de nadie y quedará liberada, el comprador no será penalizado. Por este motivo la App no permite a un comprador ofrecer de entrada más Polycoins de los que tiene, aunque si fuera muy afortunado tampoco podría ofrecer un valor de más de nueve cifras. Una vez tengas una calle podrás cobrar el 10% de lo que vale tu calle por cada jugador que pase por esa calle de manera automática y sin hacer nada, pero solo si mantienes abierta la aplicación (Sin importar si la aplicación está en segundo plano o si está el teléfono bloqueado). Cuando pases por la calle de otro usuario pagarás también de forma automática el 10% de lo que vale la calle, independientemente de si el propietario tiene la App abierta o no. Podrás ver el precio de una calle comprada pulsando en el rombo rosa de la calle en el mapa (Tus propiedades siempre aparecen como rombos de color azul). Además hay otra forma de ganar Polycoins de forma más fácil, pulsando el botón de la esquina inferior izquierda. En el botón Ranking podrás ver que usuarios tienen más PolyCoins y que usuarios tienen más propiedades. Como dato relevante las calles mejor valoradas son las que tienen el nombre más largo.
