Our app is a virtual pet game which helps calm the body and mind. Pets have been shown to lower blood pressure, and assist people who have anxiety or depression. This app is aimed at primary school children that struggle with anxiety, stress, or children that tend to break down easily. There are other virtual pet apps in the app store, however, our market research has shown an opportunity to develop an app focused on calming its users. Our app is unique in this respect as it provides a therapeutic effect in addition to providing easy access to pets.
