Karate Center - Tang Soo Do

The Karate Center is Palm Beach County's Leading Martial Arts Academy since 1999 under the guidance of Chief Instructor Master Gary Horner. Master Horner is the chief instructor at the Karate Center. He is a 6th degree Master Instructor in the art of Tang Soo Do, an ancient, traditional Korean martial art that dates back over 2000 years. He has also studied Hapkido, Iai Do , Headong Kumdo,(sword) and is a certified Qi Gong instructor as well as studying other martial art styles expanding his knowledge and expertise in the martial arts.Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art that places emphasis on basic techniques, forms and self defense. Tang Soo Do training develops three vital areas in students; self defense, healthy bodies, and strong spirit and Life skills such as Confidence, Respect, Self Control, Discipline, and Leadership.
