Цель игры «Я – политик» - формирование кадрового резерва Департамента по молодёжной политике Свердловской области. Игра «Я – политик» состоит из трёх этапов: 1.Кандидат в члены партии 2.Член партии 3.Лидер партии Переход между уровнями осуществляется после выполнения комплекса заданий. Баллы зарабатываются за выполнение заданий. Критерии оценки и максимальное количество баллов указывается в задании. За скорость выполнения задания также даются баллы (5 баллов – выполнение в первый день, 3 – во второй, 1 – в третий) В игре постоянно учитываются баллы за приглашение участников(5 баллов за личные приглашения, 3 за «вторую линию» приглашенных, 1 за «третью линию»). Участники получают следующее задания после выполнения предыдущего, и проверки его модератором.
