Welcome to the OR! There are 6 different cubes (Valve replacment, CPAP, Stent, T.E.E. Machine, Unit of Plaa, and a Unit of Blood), and all you have to do is match 3 or more to turn them into blood for the heart. Matching 3 or more blocks together makes them not only turn into blood for the heart which generates points, but also makes the blocks disappear helping to prevent the wall from reaching the top. If any of the blocks reach the top then it could be game over! As your score increases so does the speed of the wall. Welcome to Heart Blockage!
