Gem Joiner 3D

Fun and simplistic gem-matching game!The aim of the game is to 'match' as many rows or columns of 3 or more of the same coloured gem within the one minute time limit. To do this, you need to switch the gems places with the gems above, beside, or below them. Simply touch the screen on a gem which you would like to move and slide it over the neighbouring gem and release to switch them!Switches are only valid if it results in a match of 3 or more in any horizontal or vertical direction. You cannot match any gems while there are still gems falling however, to give every player a fair chance and to add an extra element of skill to the game!getting a 'combo' where blocks fall into place to make a new match gives many points!---NOTE: white tiles randomise all of the gems colours, and gives bonus points!---If you get many points, you may enter your score into a local high score table (only on your phone/tablet). You may also upload your scores (requires an internet connection) to the global high scores and see how you compare against all the other players in the world!This game uses Open GL for 3D graphics, and was made so that I could learn how to use those features for university :) Thank you for playing my game!Features:-3D graphics-settings for music on/off-fun gem-based game-several different styles of gem, which can be alternated through during gameplay using a bottom menu button-rotating/not rotating gems-local and global high score tables-install to SD to avoid taking annoying amounts of spaceFuture releases:-Lighting will be added to the gems to give them an even better appearence!-the menu system will be revamped to fit all screen sizes better by converting it into openGL, also making it look betterOverall: a fun and addictive colour gem based arcade puzzle game, fun for all the family, child friendly and great for relaxing! colourful and awesome :)
