Use Fred for now as you walk right and kill a lizard, then club the red barrel for a heart. the bird on the roof ahead dives diagonally at you, so club him when he gets close. Hang off the edge of the roof (hold A) and press up to climb onto it, then do the same to get onto the ledge to your right. Club another lizard and bird to your right, then switch to Barney and hang off the pole above.
