This air combat sim game lets you fly a heavily armed and erous strike helicopter. This Apache heli is very agile and armed to the teeth with a 30mm canon and remote controlled rockets. Can you defeat the naval warship threat? Anti air fire oke clouds the sky as you are hunting enemy warplanes in your deadly attack helicopter. Use your skill to home in on enemy aircraft and shoot them out of the sky with your mounted guns or array of RC missiles.Avoid the heavy anti air fire coming from the enemy navy vessels. Destroy the warship’s flak canons while you dodge incoming projectiles. Use your aerial acrobatic skills and stealth capabilities to save the world. CONTROLSThe first thing you need to learn is to fly it, otherwise you are screwed even before the battle begins. The game uses a virtual control stick that allows you to dive and elevate. Press up to go down and down to go up, just like a real fighter chopper. Make sure to be aware of your environment as you don’t want your tail rotor chopped off by making a simple navigation error. If you have issues with the default control system you can revert to in-cockpit view which should improve your war copter’s handeling. WEAPON STrigger your 6 RC missiles carefully as they have a cool down period. Luckily your gunship’s arms includes a 30mm cannon which you can fire all the time. It is more difficult to target flying objects with them, but not impossible. This gun also comes in handy when you are engaging suce based targets, such as the warship fleet.TACTICSThere are two ways to approach the enemy. You can use stealth and creep up to them as a cat or you can go in all guns blazing like Rambo. Chop and clip the wings of enemy aircraft and use your heavy cannons to destroy the angry navy vessels. APACHE AH-64 OVERVIEWThe AH-64 is an aggressive-looking helicopter seating two in tandem, with a semi-monocoque fuselage of narrow cross-section. The copilot/gunner sits in the rear seat, which is raised and has good all-round visibility.Apart from the technical/dynamic and structural characteristics of this large helicopter, what is really impressive is its armament and the complexity of the electronic equipment. The highly-sophisticated avionics include TADS (Target Acquisition and Designation Sight) associated with a night vision system using passive FLIR (Forward-Looking Infra-red), low light level TV, a laser rangefinder and target designator for use with Hellfire missiles, all associated with a computerized fire control system. The armament includes a 30mm XM-230E1 automatic cannon firing 750 rounds, and 16 Hellfire antitank missiles or seventy-six 2.75 inch rockets beneath the stub wings. All the most vulnerable parts are protected by armour against shots of up to 23mm caliber.
