How "Private Multiplayer (Invite Friends)" works: Once you touch "Invite Friends" you are put into the room, and you are the HOST. When "Start Game" appears, the HOST can begin the game or invite more players. How "Public Multiplayer (Join a Game)" works: Once you hit "Join a Game" you are put into a room. If you are the first player in the room you are the "HOST", and can start the game whenever you like. However, the game will start automatically after the timer hits 0.
