This calculator will compute your characters base proficiency requirements. You can either request the Cost of a change or the maximum allowable change based on value available. You enter the starting base proficiency and then enter the value you desire then press the calculate button. If you enter the desired proficiency change, then the calculator will return the amount of training points required. If you enter the amount of available training points, then the calculator will give you the highest allowable proficiency change.
